 Conceived as a premium service destination, the space caters to VIP clients while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. 

 The design seamlessly blends luxury with functionality, reflecting the prestige of both brands. For VIP clients, a private consultation lounge offers discretion and comfort, featuring curated materials, soft ambient lighting, and refined textures that evoke the elegance of first-class travel.  

 Meanwhile, the general customer area is designed to be accessible yet elevated—offering ergonomic seating, intuitive wayfinding, and subtle nods to aviation and travel heritage through custom detailing and visual storytelling. 

  Whether it’s for luggage drop-off, repair services, or exclusive previews of Samsonite's premium ranges, the space delivers a memorable brand experience—one that mirrors the seamless journeys Singapore Airlines is known for.
